We provide professional vehicle repair and maintenance services through qualified mechanics across England.


2. Service Scope and Technical Standards

Our vehicle services encompass diagnostics, mechanical repairs, servicing, MOT preparations, and maintenance work. We focus on delivering quality repair work using professional methods and quality parts that meet industry standards for vehicle repair.

While we perform services to professional standards, repair outcomes may be affected by vehicle age, condition, and parts availability. We provide realistic repair assessments based on thorough vehicle evaluation.


3. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure successful service delivery, customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate vehicle information and service history
  • Ensure vehicle is in safe condition for workshop handling
  • Remove personal items and valuables from vehicle before service
  • Disclose any known vehicle issues or previous repairs
  • Follow vehicle safety advice and maintenance recommendations
  • Provide necessary approvals for repair work required

Clear communication and vehicle preparation assist us in delivering efficient and effective repair services.


4. Workshop Access and Vehicle Handling

Customers must ensure vehicles are in safe condition for workshop handling. Vehicles with security systems should have appropriate keys or access codes available. We reserve the right to assess vehicle condition and request additional safety measures if needed.

We cannot undertake vehicle repairs where safe workshop handling cannot be assured or where immediate safety risks are present.


5. Service Scheduling and Repair Timing

Repair appointments are confirmed upon booking receipt. Service duration estimates are provided based on initial assessment, though complex repairs or parts availability may affect completion times. We maintain communication about any significant schedule changes.

Repair timing may vary depending on vehicle complexity, diagnostic requirements, and parts sourcing.


6. Pricing and Payment Arrangements

Service fees are detailed in your repair quotation and payable upon service completion unless alternative arrangements are agreed. Additional costs may apply for unforeseen repair challenges, extended diagnostic time, or specialist parts. Final payment is due when repairs are completed and tested.

We accept various payment methods including bank transfers, debit cards, and major credit cards. Diagnostic fees may apply if repairs are not proceeded with after diagnosis.


7. Diagnostic and Repair Procedures

We maintain professional repair practices including proper diagnostic procedures, safe repair techniques, and systematic testing. All vehicle work includes appropriate testing and verification to ensure repair quality and customer satisfaction.

8. Appointment Changes and Cancellations

Appointments can be rescheduled without charge with 24 hours notice. Cancellations within 6 hours may incur a diagnostic fee. Vehicles not collected within 48 hours of service completion notification may be subject to storage charges.

We understand that circumstances change and will make reasonable accommodations for genuine emergency situations with appropriate notification.


9. Parts and Warranty Coverage

We use quality replacement parts from reputable suppliers that meet manufacturer specifications. Most parts include supplier warranties, and we provide labour warranty coverage on our repair workmanship. Specific warranty terms are detailed in your service documentation.

Warranty claims require presentation of original service documentation and may require inspection to verify the nature of any subsequent issues.


10. Parts Sourcing and Availability

We source appropriate replacement parts based on your vehicle specifications and repair requirements. While we exercise care in parts selection, availability and compatibility considerations may influence specific part choices and repair timelines.

Customers should inform us of any specific parts preferences or budget considerations before authorising repairs.


11. Vehicle Safety and Roadworthiness

We perform repairs to appropriate safety standards, but ultimate responsibility for vehicle roadworthiness rests with the owner. We recommend following service advice and addressing safety-related concerns promptly.

Post-repair vehicle testing is conducted to ensure proper operation and safety before handover to customer.


12. Workmanship and Service Warranty

We provide a workmanship warranty on our vehicle repairs for 12 months from service date. This covers repair workmanship but excludes normal wear, subsequent damage, or issues arising from improper use or unrelated vehicle problems.

Manufacturer warranties apply to replacement parts separately from our workmanship coverage.


13. Service Liability Parameters
